Health Freedom
Americans have quickly become one of the least healthy and chronically ill populations on the planet. Just one quick look at pictures from the 1970's and you will quickly start asking, "what happened?" This rapid change in public health is the byproduct of a concerted effort to monopolize the food supply chain of this country. Once monopolized, corporations began experimenting with ways to make food cheaper and more addicting. We believe it is long past time the medical and food industries are held accountable for the damage levied on our population.
The food and pharmaceutical industries have clearly damaged our health and created a devastating addiction crisis. We reject the profit-driven models which precipitated this situation and support a return to natural forms of healing. Despite decades of abuse, the solution to our problems has always been nearby. Local farmers are one of the last remaining stalwarts against this corporate machine that fills our plates with processed garbage. Through support of local farmers and the restoration of quality medical care, we will be able to start repairing the mind and body of the American people.
Quality Medical Care
In the Hippocratic Oath, doctors swear to “abstain from whatever is deleterious and mischievous.” We don't believe doctors intentionally mislead their patients but they should not be incentivized by pharmaceutical companies to prescribe a particular treatment. Doctors must be free to make their own recommendations on treatments for their patients. Therefore, we demand an end to the bonuses tied to vaccine compliance and a return to healthcare rooted in natural medicine. The Amish are America’s healthiest population and they didn’t get there through Big Pharma; they did it the natural way. Our medical system should return to a focus on healing rather than a system which profits on treatment through managing symptoms.
Food Freedom
One of the fastest ways to put the country on a path to real health is better food. For decades, Americans have been poisoned by artificial and industrial additives. More people are waking up to this chemical contamination of our plants and animals thanks to the hard work of real food and regenerative farming advocates. We applaud their work and will fight for laws that bring an end to the dumping of chemicals into our food supply.
We believe Americans should be free to raise and process their own meat, dairy and produce. More states recognize this and are restoring farmers’ rights to raise, slaughter, process, and sell directly to consumers. We advocate for this trend to continue as it protects family farms and results in American citizens enjoying the healthiest food possible.
Accountability in Medicine and Public Officials
There are countless stories of parents who have taken their healthy child in for a routine appointment and their baby comes home permanently changed. When the parents cry out for help, they are met with stonewalling and gaslighting. Those families can never be fully made whole. The companies that harmed these children must be forced to carry the financial burden.
Pharmaceutical companies and public officials must not have immunity for a product they push which injures or kills someone. Legislators must finally strip pharmaceutical companies of their immunity shields and special liability protections. When products harm people, the companies should pay the full damages. We believe that patients deserve informed consent free of financial incentives and pharmaceutical advertisements. Instead, we need to focus on teaching people the art of healthy living.
